Americans are not only on the brink of discovering who their next president will be, but they are also faced with a critical decision regarding the model of their nation. They stand at a crossroads, confronted with two distinct paths: one toward socialism, which the Democratic Party has embraced as its platform, and the other, represented by the Republican Party, which upholds the Constitution bequeathed by the Founding Fathers.

As the leading nation of the free world and the oldest republic of our era, the United States boasts a robust institutional framework that allows for errors, good-faith mistakes, and the election of individuals who swear to defend the Constitution only to act in direct opposition to it. This has been evident in the cases of figures like Carter, Obama, Joe Biden, Franklin D. Roosevelt, and Woodrow Wilson, to name the most prominent—all Democrats.

The problem with these “licenses” is that the changes, not always gradual, establish new frameworks that undermine the foundational ethical principles, generating distrust in the system, corrupting social bonds, weakening the patriotic spirit, and relativizing the meaning and value of freedom.

Democrats do not hide the fact that they view the Constitution as an outdated document, and they assert that the ideas of the Founding Fathers are invalidated by modernity. They also openly express their desire to expand the Supreme Court to secure a majority of justices who will favor the socialist agenda they wish to impose. 

They are dissatisfied with the Electoral College and seek to eliminate it by any means necessary, empowering California to determine the outcomes of elections across the nation.

It is they, the Democrats, who have, faced with the current inability—at least for now—to implement this agenda, decided to corrupt the established order.

Unable to abolish the Electoral College, they argue that voting without identification, voting by mail without any validation controls, and allowing these votes to be dropped off in ballot boxes by any “volunteer” in massive numbers (harvesting) constitutes an ideal and transparent electoral system that should not be questioned—as long as it benefits them.

As they have not yet succeeded in nullifying the Constitution, they have opted to manipulate it through judges and district attorneys funded by George Soros’s Open Society Foundation, who then rule and prosecute those who oppose the Democratic socialist agenda.

Thus, in 2024, we witness the Supreme Court addressing issues such as clarifying that illegal immigrants cannot be on voter rolls or vote. Can we truly grasp the magnitude of the fact that the nation of Jefferson, Madison, and Franklin—who shaped the institutions that achieved the greatest number of free and prosperous people in all of human history—must now turn to the Supreme Court to clarify the obvious? To confirm that a person who is ineligible to vote due to their illegal entry into the country, and who is not a citizen, cannot appear on electoral rolls or cast a vote?

If this were an isolated case, it would pass as an exception. The problem is that these irregularities, caused by judges promoting an agenda defined not by the Constitution and the laws of the land, but by their socialist sponsors, are becoming almost systematic.

In addition to this, we find the ties between the Democratic Party and the Chinese Communist Party, the initiative to keep borders open to organized crime, the defense of groups sympathetic to terrorism like Antifa, the support for mobs that topple statues and attempt to rewrite history, the relentless campaign against law enforcement, the constant manipulation to divide society, and the support for implementing an education system based on critical race theory, where children are exposed to historical falsehoods and unacceptable racial divisions.

None of this was limited to a mere plan; it has been put into action. Kamala Harris, alongside Joe Biden, with Barack Obama in the shadows, has tirelessly promoted this anti-American agenda.

Though it may seem excessive, the actions of the Democratic administration are not confined to rewriting history and flooding the country with criminals and fentanyl. They have also made every effort to destabilize the world.

Upon taking office, the Biden-Harris duo limited oil production in the U.S. while giving a green light to Putin to supply Germany with energy by opening his pipeline. 

Meanwhile, the Ukrainian president was requesting arms from the U.S., as during the Trump era, to deter a Russian attack—requests that were rejected multiple times on the condition that arms would only be provided if Russia attacked.

As a result, we once again have a war in Europe, with collaboration from countries like China, Iran, and North Korea. Wasn’t it supposed that the Third World War would begin under Trump? This was the narrative from those who have now brought us to the brink of a new Great War.

In Afghanistan, they abandoned their own soldiers, Afghan allies, and even the dogs that served in the military. They left billions of dollars in weapons to the Taliban and surrendered 20 years of struggle and lives to the most sadistic forces of Islamic terrorism. When Biden was questioned about the massacre caused by his decision as Commander in Chief regarding the withdrawal from Afghanistan, he responded, “No mistakes were made.”

Israel was viciously attacked just days after Secretary of State Blinken published a note claiming that the world was at peace and devoid of major conflict fronts. In the face of the brutal attack and the kidnapping of innocent individuals, Biden and Harris called for peace efforts from the Israelis.

Regarding China and the infamous balloon that flew over the entire U.S. territory, specifically near military bases, which only made headlines because ordinary citizens reported its presence, the Biden administration insisted that there was nothing to worry about; that it was merely a balloon for gathering climate information. Of course, this was false, and it was later confirmed that it was a spy balloon. However, while the lie circulated in the media, this afforded the Chinese communist tyranny time to complete its espionage tasks in plain view of the world.

But as a spy balloon is not sufficient, Biden and Harris approved licenses for Huawei to operate in rural areas where the Chinese are purchasing land, including strategic areas near military bases. For those who do not understand the magnitude of the problem, this allows them access to data that could be crucial for national security.

In terms of the economy, the Biden administration reached an inflation rate of 10%, with real wages declining by 5%. Although inflation has now decreased to 2.4%, the cumulative price increase is at 20%. This affects the most vulnerable families, and what was once unthinkable: in the United States of Biden and Harris, grocery shopping has become a considerable burden for the average citizen. Energy, food, and housing are only accessible to a privileged few.

Many say that Harris is not Biden. Her agenda is different. However, based on her actions, her record, and her limited comprehensible expressions, we can intuit that, if distinct, it would only differ by being more radical.

On the program “The View,” Harris was asked if she would change anything done during the Biden administration, to which she replied, “I can’t think of anything at all.”

From the news outlet Axios, Harris’s team was asked if she still supported the following issues that she had previously endorsed and proposed:

• Executive actions to unilaterally provide a path to citizenship for 2 million “Dreamers”—undocumented immigrants brought to the U.S. as children.
• Abolishing the death penalty at the federal level. Harris has opposed the death penalty since 2003.
• Proposing laws to ensure automakers produce only electric or hydrogen vehicles by 2035.
• Executive actions to protect more than 6 million undocumented immigrants from deportation by expanding the “deferred action” guidelines.
• Decriminalizing prostitution (“We cannot criminalize consensual behavior as long as no one is harmed,” Harris stated in 2019).
• Closing private for-profit prisons, which she labeled as “morally wrong.”
• Eliminating the filibuster in the Senate to approve multibillion-dollar Green New Deal legislation.
• Providing gender transition surgeries funded by taxpayers for federal prisoners and detained immigrants.
• Indefinite commitment to “end” the detention of immigrants.
• Providing reparations to African Americans for slavery.
• Supporting “sanctuary cities” that provide safety and refuge for undocumented immigrants.
• Restoring voting rights for all ex-prisoners.
• Renegotiating international refugee rules to provide protection for people displaced by climate change and welcoming them to the U.S.
• Installing a climate envoy in every major embassy around the world.
• Issuing national protections for 30% of U.S. land and marine areas by 2030, which would limit drilling.

Harris’s team responded: “No comments.”

In the face of this and in total opposition to the Democratic socialist agenda, President Trump proposes twenty points that will define his administration to counter the advance of socialism and reposition the United States on the global stage with the leadership it never should have relinquished:

1. Seal the border and halt the invasion of migrants.
2. Conduct the largest deportation operation in the history of the United States.
3. End inflation and make America affordable again.
4. Establish America as the dominant energy producer in the world.
5. Stop outsourcing and transform the United States into a manufacturing superpower.
6. Implement significant tax cuts for workers and eliminate taxes on tips.
7. Defend our Constitution, our Bill of Rights, and our fundamental freedoms, including freedom of speech, freedom of religion, and the right to bear arms.
8. Prevent World War III, restore peace in Europe and the Middle East, and build a robust Iron Dome missile defense shield over our entire country— all made in America.
9. Put an end to the government’s weaponization against the American people.
10. Address the epidemic of migrant crime, dismantle foreign drug cartels, crush gang violence, and imprison violent offenders.
11. Rebuild our cities, including Washington, D.C., making them safe, clean, and beautiful once again.
12. Strengthen and modernize our armed forces, undoubtedly making them the strongest and most powerful in the world.
13. Maintain the U.S. dollar as the world’s reserve currency.
14. Protect Social Security and Medicare without cuts and without changes to the retirement age.
15. Cancel the electric vehicle mandate and reduce costly and burdensome regulations.
16. Cut federal funding for any school that promotes critical race theory, radical gender ideology, and other inappropriate racial, sexual, or political content for our children.
17. Keep men out of women’s sports.
18. Deport pro-Hamas radicals and ensure our university campuses are safe and patriotic once again.
19. Secure our elections, including same-day voting, voter identification, paper ballots, and proof of citizenship.
20. Unite our country and lead it to new record levels of success.

The choices are unmistakable and in direct opposition to one another, with both candidates having held positions of governance. Harris and Trump have clearly illustrated that the agendas they are advocating for the next four years have already been put into practice and validated by their own actions during the terms granted to them by the American electorate.

Now, the question centers on which path the voters will take and what direction they will seal for the destinies of their country, their children, and the free world. Will it be socialism or the republic? Will it be the red dragon or the bald eagle?

As Benjamin Franklin stated on the day of the Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia when a woman asked what type of government they had established, Franklin replied:

“A republic… if you can keep it.”

So be it.
